Yoga Nidra (conscious sleep) is a profound tool for modern living. a treasure, a deep oasis of calm in any hectic life, and a nurturing, transformative, beautiful healing practice.

If you've been to any of Hannah or Ameet's classes you've probably practised Yoga Nidra and been touched by it as a profound way to rest and rejuvenate.

It's a practice from lying down (or sitting), it requires little concentration (unlike meditation), no experience or flexibility, and no special equipment is required. It's a practice of hearing and feeling!

Yoga Nidra helps..

We'll draw on clinical research, classical yogic and tantric philosophy/theory, and practice energy freeing asana/pranayama to awaken the energy body. And of course lots of Yoga Nidra.

This course will be taught by Ameet, yoga teacher (for 15 years) occupational therapist and one of the few people in the UK to have conducted clinical research in the field of Yoga Nidra.
