If you wish to book please complete the booking form (this gives us essential information to help gear our classes towards your needs) and follow through to payment. 6 weeks pregnancy yoga

6 weeks pregnancy yoga - 45. Classes include movement, relaxation, meditations and breathing practices to help you enjoy pregnancy, improve wellbeing and prepare for labour. You are welcome from 16 weeks until birth. Classes at Sherwood Community Centre, Tuesday or Thursday 6.30-7.45; Wednesday 6-7.15pm.

Birth preparation workshop

One birth preparation workshop @ 79 per couple. Workshops are practical: movement for 1st and 2nd stage labour, breathing through contractions, birthing positions, visualisations, affirmations, use of birthing ball , how you put these together to create a powerful set of coping strategies.  From 30 weeks.

6 weeks yoga for you and your baby

6 weeks yoga for you and your baby @ 42.  Classes include yoga practice for mums from 8 weeks after birth until baby is crawling.  While we practice we engage baby through songs, movement and sound.  All classes include tea and social time too. Classes at Sherwood Community Centre, Wednesday mornings 9.45-11 or 11.15-12.30.

6 weeks yoga for you and your toddler

6 weeks yoga for you and your toddler @ 42.  Classes include yoga practice for parents with babies and young children from 9 months to 30!  Benefits for the little ones include social skills, physical awareness and concentration while the parents enjoy their own yoga practice too.  All classes include tea, support and social time.

6 weeks yoga and relaxation

6 weeks yoga for you @ 42.  Classes include classical yoga practices taught with an emphasis on relaxation: every class comprises movement (asana), breathing practice (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditations.  Deeply rejuvenative class, all levels welcome.

Saturday yoga morning for women

One morning of yoga for mums @ 20.  Regular one-off Saturday sessions that include very deep relaxation practices, restorative yoga and meditations to truly, deeply revitalize!  Extra pampering with chocolate and tea and a shared meal afterwards.

A day of yoga - mood and mind

One whole day of yoga @ 30.  A day exploring yoga practices on the theme mood and mind.  Taught by experienced yoga teacher and mental health specialist Amarajyoti.  Contact us for more information.
